UNDEROATH are currently in the studio with producers Adam Dutkiewicz and Matt
Goldman recording their highly anticipated fourth studio album. Due out late this summer, the as-yet-untitled disc is the follow
up their juggernaut gold-certified and critically acclaimed third album DEFINE THE GREAT LINE
(Tooth & Nail/Solid State). The Florida-based sextet's inexplicably delightful amalgam of mayhem and melody--plus their depth
and ability--propelled the landmark 2006 album to a #2 debut on the Billboard Top 200 Chart.
To view live, real-time in-studio footage from UNDEROATH’s current recording sessions at Matt Goldman’s studio in Atlanta, visit: http://www.stickam.com/underoath and http://www.stickam.com/underoath2. Fans can also speak to the band via impromptu webchats daily through the StickAm site.
Renowned for their cathartic and frenzied live performances, UNDEROATH--lead vocalist SPENCER CHAMBERLAIN, guitarist TIM MCTAGUE, bassist GRANT BRANDELL, drummer AARON GILLESPIE, keyboardist CHRISTOPHER DUDLEY and guitarist JAMES SMITH--have solidly built their fan base from incessant touring and their unrelentingly intense live shows, establishing an unbreakable bond with their fans. The combined sales of their three albums are close to one million copies.
UNDEROATH will headline the Hot Topic stage on this summer’s Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour, joining Slipknot, Disturbed, Mastodon, Dragonforce, Machine Head and many others. A full tour itinerary will be announced April 1, for more info visit: www.mayhemfest.com.
